Core objectives for TNF
Mission
To empower underprivileged youth in Nigeria through accessible football programs that build character, education, and life skills.
To promote physical and mental health in by using football as a tool for inclusion, wellness, and social cohesion.
Vision
A society where every child, regardless of background, has access to football, health, education and the opportunities it creates.
To be recognized globally for developing world-class players and leaders through community football initiatives.
Development of football fields in every LGA across Anambra state and becoming hubs for FIFA training and best practices.
Core objectives for TNF
Access:
We Provide free/ low-cost football training to 1000+ youths ages 8-18 years old.
Development:
We Run quarterly coaching sessions focused on technical skills + life skills like teamwork, discipline, leadership.
Education:
We Link 80% of U16 players to school/tutoring support to keep them in education
Pathways:
The annual SIMY Nwankwo annual U18 tournament that started in June 2019. Furthermore, TNF U18 will participate in 2/3 foreign scouting programs yearly.
Community:
We Engage parents, local leaders and stakeholders through monthly workshops on health, nutrition, and child protection.
